Helped me find a reliable, low cost option for homeowners and auto insurance. Was very responsive and pleasant to work with. Mr. Shoultz knows the nuances of insurance policies very well. It was such a pleasure and a relief to see how efficiently the adjuster and the contractor worked together. The contractor pointed out changes that needed to be made to the claim, the adjuster made those changes, and we received the additional monies is less than a week! The Garage took care of all the details so I Didn’t have to. My agent was also extremely helpful. He made sure that we would meet the deadline required by the garage, and made sure we knew our obligations. It was one of the easiest processes we’ve ever gone through.
Steve Shoultz is an Insurance Super Hero! After a bad bout with a less than conscientious contractor, my insurer of over 10 years deemed it necessary to “non-renew” my policy. My agent at the time was able to place me with an insurance company that specialized in high risk customers. My rates went up astronomically, and my coverage fell. Super Shoultz came to my rescue and placed my homeowners insurance with a very reputable company, for less money and better coverage than I had before I was moved into the high risk zone.
